A graduate from the WITC Cosmetology program in Rice Lake, Erika has always been passionate about everything hair and beauty. She was born and raised in Elkhorn, Wisconsin and moved to Shell Lake in 2013, where she currently resides with her husband, David, and her children.

Kenna was born and raised in Amery, WI. She moved to Cameron with her family in 2015 to attend WITC to pursue her career in cosmetology. Becoming a hairstylist has been a dream of hers ever since she can remember!
She loves to make every client feel special and will help them find the perfect look by personalizing techniques to benefit her client’s wants and needs. Morganne is a Florida native who relocated to Hayward, WI as a kid and currently lives in Chetek. She grew up in the beauty world— her mom was an Aveda stylist! Morganne, a self-proclaimed introvert, has a great sense of humor and loves to spend time with friends and family.
Morganne has worked as a hairstylist for over 8 years and loves doing dramatic color changes. She especially loves blonde hair— helping her clients transition lighter and brighter is her favorite service to provide! She is also fantastic at men’s haircutting and beard maintenance.

Carla was born and raised in Rice Lake, where she still resides with her familly. She graduated from the Cosmetology program at WITC in 2004 and her career took off from there! With over 17 years experience in the hair industry, Carla picked Fringe for her forever home because of the dedication to continuing education. Her passion for learning new skills is shown in her work- whether she is cutting a men’s fade, or painting the perfect balayage, Carla strives to educate her clients and help them meet their hair goals!
Carla’s specialties are curly haircuts, long layered cuts and foiling. Helping her clients look and feel beautiful is one of the most rewarding parts of her job!

Bailey resides in Chetek with her husband, her cat, and her many, many plants. Bailey has many interesting hobbies, including jewelry making, macrame and being a nature enthusiast.
Bailey’s journey into the beauty industry began with attending WITC Rice Lake and shadowing other stylists at Fringe! After seeing the amazing team environment Fringe has and learning about our advanced training and education, Bailey began her career as an apprentice before becoming a full stylist.
One of the most important things to Bailey, as a stylist, is having an in-depth consultation before every service. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, while giving feedback to help customize their service! A favorite service to provide her clients is a natural-looking balayage. She also enjoys body waxing and women’s haircutting. If you would like a delightfully eccentric conversation during your appointment, Bailey is the stylist for you!

Kelly is a Midwest girl, having lived in either northwest Wisconsin or western Minnesota most of her life. She and her husband, Larry, currently reside just north of Rice Lake, enjoying all that the northland has to offer.
A licensed esthetician, Kelly has enjoyed a lifelong passion for all things skincare and makeup. Since receiving her certification in 2008, she has continued to study advanced skincare techniques at the International Dermal Institute in Minneapolis, MN. In 2011, she added to her growing list of specialties by becoming a certified nail technician.
Kelly is excited to provide her clients with facials, peels, professional skincare, makeup applications, and waxing services!

For Laura, hair and beauty have been a life-long calling. After graduating from the cosmetology program at the Aveda Institute Minneapolis, she went to work as an apprentice at Spalon Montage, a premier salon in the Twin Cities. Laura loves providing color services. She adores Aveda’s hair color system because it allows her to create custom, one of a kind colors for each and every client, with no two people ever looking the same!
Laura’s favorite service to provide is hair extensions. She loves matching a custom color to a brand new set of extensions. It’s very rewarding when her clients see their new, longer style!
She is passionate about educating each client on how to create the look he or she desires.

Paula is a life-long resident of Rice Lake. She has over 15 years of experience in the jewelry and fashion industry and takes great pride in helping women feel beautiful. In fact, it will only take a few minutes with her to discover that she has a love for everything “fun” and “girly“.

Carrie is, by definition, an Aveda addict. When the Barron native first discovered that she had a head of corkscrew curls in a family of stick straight hair, her mom brought her to the Twin Cities to find an Aveda salon so she could learn to befriend her hair. Fifteen years later and she has never traded in her Aveda products for alternatives. On naturally curly days or flat-ironed days, she swears that no other products compare to keep her hair manageable and beautiful.
When not working as our Front Office Coordinator, Carrie is as an Acupuncturist and is the owner of Blackbird Acupuncture Clinic which is located in the lower level of Fringe Salon! She specializes in cosmetic acupuncture, sports medicine, and general healthcare. Carrie is a licensed acupuncturist with a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She is a Diplomate of Acupuncture, certified nationally by the NCCAOM, and is licensed in the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Carrie firmly believes that taking care of your body and mind (which includes an occasional salon, spa, and acupuncture treatment) is the trick to good health, feeling beautiful, and being the best ‘you’ possible!
